Such a wild, scenic area to travel - I enjoyed all the photos. I think it's perfect to hike in cooler weather. Should I expect a bear encounter in the next post?Barbhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04984171407726520584noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5493438831653372198.post-88799332256089043032011-11-05T09:31:12.851-04:002011-11-05T09:31:12.851-04:00Good Morning, John, and thanks for your comment on...Good Morning, John, and thanks for your comment on my blog!!! Yes, I love Nature and Wildlife and I'm so excited when I get to photograph something like the deer up on their hind legs!

I enjoyed reading your account of hiking to LeConte, because that's the only way I'll get to 'see' it! Hubby doesn't like hiking, and I guess I'm getting a little ole for it, but I love walking out in the woods.
Take Care and God Bless!Dorothyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01798489606177883758noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5493438831653372198.post-23620083781477908532011-11-04T22:17:52.008-04:002011-11-04T22:17:52.008-04:00Hi John, I really enjoy reading your LeConte acco...Hi John, I really enjoy reading your LeConte account.... Glad the trip worked out so nicely for you and your pals....

Think I told you that my best friend and hubby hike to LeConte every year and have for many years.. They've gone up there by ALL of the many different trails... Their fav is the Alum Cave Bluffs trail.. They stay in the fancy little cabins..

Have a great weekend. Who is going to win: Bama or the Tigers????? Most people think Bama will win.

BetsyBetsy Banks Adamshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16223591156634767330noreply@blogger.com
